Logging into Service Hub - Quick Tips
Logging into the ServiceHub Portal follows user ID and password conventions and requires two-factor authentication:
User ID and Password Conventions
User ID: Follows the Universal Principal Name, or UPN, format
Example: employeea@dot.state.co.us
Password: Same password you use to log into the network
Two-Factor Authentication (Ping ID)
