If you are a CDOT course sponsor and have developed new training and need to enter it into the Learning Management System (LMS), please read the information below and complete the Google Form as thoroughly as possible.
An OED team member will contact you if clarification or more information is needed regarding about your request and when the training is approved and added to the LMS.

What information is needed to add a course in the LMS?
Course Format:
In-person training, virtually delivered training, e-learning, video, read and sign, or webinar?
Course Title:
This is what will appear in the catalog to end users searching for your course.
Course Description:
Use a paragraph format (approximately 2-3 sentences) for the description.
List any learning objectives for the course.
Target Audience:
Who should take this training? (e.g. all CDOT supervisors, internal users, job title, etc.)
Min/Max Enrollments
Minimum and maximum number of attendees.
Course Length
List the start and end times for each session.
Class Sessions
List any currently scheduled dates for your course.
Prerequisites?
Please differentiate between required and recommended prerequisites.
Resource Material
Attach any resource materials for the course.
