New Employee Orientation

Welcome to the State of Colorado and CDOT!

New Employee Orientation (NEO) is required for all new hires. The class is taught virtually each month.

Attendance

Who Must Attend

New permanent employee hires must attend within 2 months of hire. This class is optional for temporary employees.

How to Attend

New hires will receive a calendar invitation. For new hires who don't yet have an email account, your supervisor will receive the invitation.
