There are many reasons why people might not want to start their fitness journey. Some think that there are too many different workouts and activities to do. Some people are fit but simply do not keep track of what they eat and drink. They think working out will give results instantly and quit after not seeing any results in a month. Many people who want to start being fit are also afraid to fail, and when it comes to staying fit, failure can be experienced in many ways. For example, failure to keep fit, failure to stick to a fitness program, and failure to reach their initial goal.
Other than not wanting to start their fitness journey, some people may not be doing the correct things. For example, they could be exercising properly but still eating unhealthily, they could be eating healthily but not exercising at all.
Therefore, we aim to help these people with our app, and be fit together.
