Our target audience, students, require help planning an effective schedule, resulting in an unrealistic or inefficient plan. With a practical timetable, they could maintain track of their tasks and avoid other repercussions, such as sleep deprivation.
Our app, SSTime, aims to increase students' work efficiency and convenience.
SSTime lets users keep track of important events, such as class tests and tasks, such as homework deadlines, by inputting them into a calendar.
Other than the calendar, our app also has a scheduler function. The scheduler enables users to keep track of their daily schedule. They could input the task name, duration and when they would like to start work. When the current time reaches any of the start times entered, a timer will run for the duration they set.
If the user exceeds their set duration, the timer will inform them how much they have exceeded, enabling them to know how much time they should set or how much faster they should work for future tasks. This information would help them to plan their schedule better, improving their schedule planning. The app would push back the rest for tasks that exceeded the duration, increasing the user's convenience as they would not need to reinput their schedule.
They would know some basic things they should consider when planning their day through the app, which helps them improve their schedule planning.
There will also be a reminder to remind users 5 minutes before the task ends.
