Disabled people are unable to enjoy games using a keyboard and mouse or conventional controllers due to their disability and existing devices that enable them are either inadequate or expensive. We believed that everyone should be able to enjoy gaming and took up the challenge. We designed and developed an accessible, affordable and customisable controller for everyone to use, the Adaptive Game Controller (AGC). The AGC is more affordable at it is estimated to cost SGD$60, cheaper than its competitors, the Xbox Adaptive Controller, which prices at around SGD$130, or the QuadStick FPS Game Controller, which costs around SGD$550. The AGC also offers customisability in the form of remapping keys and macros and shifting the positions of the buttons to make it more accessible.
