Food Finder is a program that reduces the amount of food waste in households. It allows users to efficiently manage foods they own as well as find relevant recipes. This allows users to view foods nearing expiry and find recipes with leftover ingredients. Users are able to tabulate their foods in a food list, which will contain name and expiry date and can be sorted through various means for flexibility, be it by name or expiry date. The Recipe Finder also lets users search with specific ingredients in the Food List or the whole list itself, allowing users to find a range of recipes to cater to their wants.
