- If support provided doesn't resolve the issue:
- If the issue is with an external device: refer the customer to third-party
- If the issue is with the TV: go to File a Claim (if within mfg. coverage, FaC will refer to mfg.)
- If it is unclear what is going on:
- Do a 3-way call with the manufacturer to resolve the issue with their assistance
- Document your findings in this form so that it can be added to the survey
