Sometimes the best way to troubleshoot a TV's issue is to review the User Manual. Click on the link below in order to download the User Manual based on the customer's model number
Step 1: Click on "Enter Model Number" when visiting https://www.samsung.com/us/support/
Step 2: Search for the customer's model number and select from drop down options
Step 3: Continue to download the User Manual in order to review specific set up and install instructions for settings, applications, and general technical specs
