Navigate to Settings > General > Network > Network Settings > Wireless.
The wireless networks near your TV are listed.
If there are no networks listed at all, it is possible that there is an issue with your TV. Skip to step 3.
If other networks are listed, but you don't see your network, continue troubleshooting.
Power-Cycle your network.
Unplug your router, modem, or both, and your TV.
Wait 2 minutes.
Plug in your modem and wait for all the lights to come on. Do the same for your router (if you have both).
Plug in your TV.
Try the network connection again.
If it doesn't connect or detect your network, continue troubleshooting.
Try connecting to your phone as hotspot.
If you are able, turn your phone into a mobile hotspot, most mobile phones have this ability now, and its fairly easy to do. If you aren't sure how to do it, check with your phone manufacturer or carrier on exactly how to do this.
If your phone is now broadcasting a wireless network, try to connect your TV to the wireless network from your phone.
If you see the phone's network, try to connect. If your TV can connect to your phone's network, but is not able to connect to your home network, there is an issue with your router. Contact your router manufacturer.
