Customer may have an invalid router network password:
- Instruct the customer to access their router in order to remove the password
- If the TV is able to connect without the password enabled, the customer will need to update their router password to something simpler
- Passwords with characters like %, #, *, or " do not work
- Ensure the password does not have any spaces " " within it
- Ensure the password is not over 24 characters
