Lab 5 prelab

Make yourself comfortable with pass by reference using the C format.  Also be sure you've kept up with the MPL assignments, as the functions and concepts from there will be relevant.

Also, if you guys are completely sick and tired of writing calculators and other super basic programs, let us know so we can step forward into more complex assignments that should be more interesting.  Or if you've got a domain that you're more interested in, that would work too.
