HOW TO USE THIS WEBSITE
Video Viewing Tips
- Slow Loading
The video needs to buffer onto your device for play-back and is dependent on the strength of your internet connection. The PLAY button toggles with the PAUSE button. Pausing for a few moments may allow time for a buffer. Lower resolution will facilitate a fast buffer. See VIDEO QUALITY below for changing resolution. Do not have PLAY activated on more than one video clip at a time.
- Video Quality
-- Embedded clips displayed on this website
The observer is in control of selecting the resolution. Depending on the camera, editing and uploading process, the selection of quality may range from poor all the way to high definition. Most of the video clips are housed on YouTube. When viewing (once the PLAY triangle-button has been activated), look for the preferences cog wheel in the bottom border of the video frame [to the right of the YouTube logo]. Click on the wheel and Quality selection will be offered. Select higher numbers for better quality. High quality may take a long while to buffer in preparation for play. Lower the number for a faster buffer. This option may not be available on a tablet. There may be no preferences wheel depending on your browser.

If there is a preferences wheel, see above instructions for Embedded Clips. If not, depending on your viewer (especially on a tablet), you may need to look for a row of vertical dots in the upper right of the YouTube display. Click on that and a wheel should appear in the center area of the video screen.
