New Cue: OUTSIDE SWIVEL

Ignore all but the follower footwork for swiveling inward to the couple.

Much like the footwork for HE FLICKS/SHE FLAIRS, but without the foot fanning around.

After the OUTSIDE SWIVEL, both dancers have the inside foot free and are ready for

the next figure in Part B of Uno Tango: THRU, SIDE, CLOSE
