Here Ann is giving some explanation by counting to 16 and the dancers memorize that

sequence of 16 steps. Cecilia had already memorized the follower part over the years.

A Sequence version can take several weeks to learn and memorize.

At the Senior Center, we dance Rounds, not Sequences.

Here some of the dancers have never performed the dance before and probably

have never seen it. The caller is just broadcasting the names of the steps by announcing the cues.

The dancers have learned how to respond with footwork when they hear a cue.

They have not spent one second learning the dance.
