LEARNING THE DANCE
INTRO:  Standard Introduction (APART, POINT, TOGETHER, TOUCH)

PART A
Measure 1= Waltz Away  (i.e.,  slightly turning away from partner, walk forward 3 steps)
Measure 2= Thru Twinkle (i.e., cross step thru the couple , side [while opening outward], close).
Measure 3= repeat Measure 2
Measure 4= Thru, Face, Close (i.e., cross step thru the couple, take a step to Face partner, close).
Measures 5, 6, 7, 8= Left Turning Box (i.e., turn, side, close [repeat 3 times to face all 4 walls]).

Part A repeats, then is followed by Part B

PART B
Measures 1 and 2= Balance Left & Right (i.e., Side, small Cross behind, Step in place).
Measure 3= Twirl/Vine 3 (i.e., while lady turns under in 3 steps, man steps Side, Cross behind,  Side).
Measure 4= Thru, Face, Close (i.e., cross step thru the couple, take a step to Face partner, close).
Measure 5= Dip back (i.e., man dips back to Center of Hall while lady leans forward [step, hold, hold]).
Measure 6= Maneuver (i.e., right quarter turn in 3 steps, man facing reverse, lady facing line).
Measures 7 and 8= Two Right Turns (i.e., Turn, Side, Close 180 degrees twice)

BRIDGE
Measure 1 and 2= Balance Left & Right (i.e., Side, small Cross behind, Step in place).
Measure 3= Twirl/Vine 3 (i.e., while lady turns under in 3 steps, man steps Side, Cross behind,  Side).
Measure 4= Thru, Face, Close (i.e., cross step thru the couple, take a step to Face partner, close).

After the Bridge, repeat Part A twice then Part B twice

END= Step apart.

GROUP DANCE.  

Listen to the cues and watch the dancers to determine if you would have responded to the cues the same way as those dancers.   Some of them make mistakes.  Do not worry about  mistakes.  Keep on dancing.
