Hi! My name is... ughhhhh, my name is..... Who are you? Why do you want to know? Your invading my personal bubble, your funeral its made of Bandersnatch venom and a smidge of Ixion hair. You go now! Many years ago before my "Spark" came alive, I lived in the streets of Ravnica. The local smiths and artisans were always throwing "stuff" away. So i went dumpster diving and found all kinds of shinnies! Some broken, bent, and sparking but nothing like a good rock or metal against it to straighten them out. After fooling around with the shinnies an idea happened, then another, and another. Weird images and possibilities flowed like molten steel being struck by lightning! The back alleys were i lived were always covered with soot and ash, burn marks from electricity and one spot that was constantly snowing. The locals hated me but luckily i was found by an old Genasi woman, orange and gray hair, slender with some curves, and best of all on fire! She Tells me her name is Coila T'sla and wants to invite me to be her apprentice in the Izzet Guild. My formative years were spent learning what tools do, metallurgy, incantations, and alchemical mixtures. I found that being weird and crazy here at Izzet is great thing. No one looks down on each other, instead we are encouraged to think more outside the box. Coila believes that my tenacity and ingenuity will lead to what she calls a "Masterpiece". Until then she says that in order to better temper my mind and hands that i should explore what its like outside the guild. She says she has a few friends that need an experienced smith of any kind. Told me to seek out "The Severed Head Clan". Arriving at The Severed Head Clan was an experience. Never in my career had i witnessed such ferocity and order. Respect was immediately given to those who proved their strength. I found my way to the Chieftains tent to let him know of my arrival. I was told that i was to help the clan with their magical equipment and maintenance, as well as their local explosives expert. Ohhhh, did i love the explosions! I found a member of their clan that loved to make use of my services, a human named Golgrog. He was a man to feared and respected, like myself. We grew from a mutual end to actual respect. We were in many battles, and sticky situations. Best part is the partys afterward cause i would brew my patented "Glugg" a type liquor with a bit of magic inside. Some say it gave them the courage to do the deed with unknown species. Funny enough i made a special batch for Gulgrog and myself when we met the Harpy Princesses. There were feathers, claw marks, shame, and fairy "dust" everywhere. Over time i had my inspiration for my masterpiece, blueprints that would revolutionize my industry! Before i could write them down fully we were attacked by someone or something. The camp burning and not by me, was quite unexpected. The clan was scattered but not defeated. Most found their way out but the damage was done. I was given a missive from Coila when she found out. It was a path to find a Portal to a place called "Sigil". I let my closets allies know and off we set to this city.
