2tbs thyme
2tbs mustard seed
1tsp pepper
2tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
1tbs honey
juice of two limes...throw in some pulp and rind
juice of 1 orange...throw in some pulp and rind
3 scallions chopped
2 habanero peppers chopped
1/4 cup french's mustard
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbs white wine
blenderize the entire mixture together in no specific order. should make a nice green paste. thin with honey and wine as needed.
baste on chicken and bake/grill
