chicken noodle soup
Ingredients
3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
32 oz box chicken broth
celery chopped 1/2 to 3/4 cup or whatever
carrot sliced or 1/2 to 3/4 cup or whatever
Diced onion if desired or onion salt
salt and pepper
optional prudhomme poultry magic or emeril bam
1 can cream of chicken soup
12oz Egg noodles - Mueller's old fashioned wide egg noodles
directions
crockpot 3hrs on high- chicken, salt pepper, seasoning, enough broth to cover chicken
remove and shred chicken, return to broth/crockpot. do not remove any broth from pot.
add chopped veggies, remaining broth from box, and cream of chicken
stir it all together
set crockpot to high for 2 hrs or so. just until veggies are to desired softness
add any more seasonings to taste
boil noodles. usually need about 2 cups of dried noodles, but make the whole bag and add what you want
add noodles to pot and stir in
should be kinda thick, but add more broth or water/bouillon if desired
serve with sliced cheddar cheese and bread.
