au gratin potatoes
Mix together:
1 pkg. 30oz. - 32oz. frozen cubed hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1 16 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken OR cream of mushroom soup
¾ can of water
8-10 oz. shredded sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese
¾ tsp onion powder or ¼ c finely chopped onions
Place into a buttered 13x9 baking dish.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Top with your favorite bread crumbs or crushed crackers.
Bake @350 1¼ to 1½ hours or till potatoes are tender.
