easy or hard...your choice
ingredients
1.5 - 2lbs chicken breast
1 jar (8oz?) of Heinz gravy. chicken or turkey
1.5-2ish cup mixed veggies. whatever. unfrozen bag or fresh cut
diced up potato. about half a big potato or so.
refrigerated pie crust
go
oven at 350
cook chicken however with salt and pepper. Prudhomme's poultry magic. shred/slice/dice up
potato if added - diced. unfrozen if from bag or cooked/softened if fresh
boil veggies. drain
mix above with gravy and whatever seasoning
ungreased pie pan with crust ready on bottom
dump in the slop
top crust. smear on some milk and pop some breather holes
bake for an hour or whenever it looks done
