INGREDIENTS
Premium Dark Soy Sauce (Lee Kum Lee Brand)
2 tsp Beef Base diluted in ½ c water
1 ½ inch square chunk ginger root (minced or cut very fine)
1 box Linguini Noodles cooked al dente (add a bit of oil to keep from sticking)
5 garlic cloves minced
2 cups cabbage (chopped)
2-3 tsp sugar
Pepper
Peanut oil
Pure sesame oil
Chicken broth/stock
Chicken or Beef cut into small, skinny strips or fresh raw shrimp peeled
DIRECTION
Heat oil first in wok ¼ cup (add more later if needed)
Cook ginger about 2 min
Add garlic and cook about 1 min - then add beef base mixture
Add strips of raw meat or shrimp stir-fry till almost done (add chicken broth)
Add cabbage and cook for 5-7 min
Sprinkle soy sauce all over top and stir
Add sugar and pepper
Add ½ t pure sesame oil more or less to taste
