2 lbs squash cut in chunks
1 med onion cut up
Boil till tender. Drain. Mash. Drain again. Then add:
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp sugar
2 beaten eggs
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
3 T butter
3 T flour
1 cup milk
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
(this entire recipe can be substituted with steak)
