Ingredients
2 split chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken
2 cups chicken stock (or just boil down boil pot)
1/2 batch Bisquick biscuits. (4-5)
Directions
boil chicken with Lawry's and whatever. 30 mins
remove and shred
boil down pot of broth water to 2 cups or so. could throw the bones in
mix broth slowly into cream of chicken to avoid clumping.
pour gravy into shredded chicken pot. there's usually more gravy than needed (save for some other day)
Lawry's, salt and pepper, celery salt, whatever.
biscuit dough is pretty thick. don't stir too much or add extra milk.
pour chicken slop over biscuits
