sweet chicken bacon wraps
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 lb.) package sliced bacon
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
5 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
Directions:
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- Stir together, brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne. Use half of mixture to coat chicken cubes.
- Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
- Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Dredge wrapped chicken in the rest of mixture.
- Grease cookie sheet with a little olive oil.
- Place chicken wrap and bake 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
- Increase or decrease cayenne and chili powder to taste.
