Rub
¾ cup brown sugar
4 tbsp white sugar
3 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ozark
1 tbsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp ground rosemary
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp ground oregano
2 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground red pepper
Rib
Rub into ribs and soak overnight.
place ribs in pan with 1/3 inch water on the bottom. cover in tin foil
cook in oven at 325 for a few hours--3ish hours?
check every hour to make sure all the water hasn't boiled out.
Sauce
Baste any BBQ sauce you want...but you can make some with the leftovers:
take drippings and sauce from baking pan and boil down until it starts to get thick.
add this paste to a mixture of honey bbq sauce, jack daniels whiskey, pineapple, honey, or whatever you want.
Baste sauce all over ribs (best after they've cooled down a bit)
Grill
Throw the ribs on the grill to heat and blacken up
