More of a tinkering...
7oz noodle
2 egg
chicken slices
soy sauce
Sriracha
veggies
bamboo shoots or bean sprouts
1/2 bouillon or less w chicken broth
salt pepper
chili and garlic
3 cups chicken stock
3 cups water
3 tb miso paste. (less if red). white, yellow, red = potency order. i used yellow. go up and down from there
cayenne
pepper flakes
add water and broth
add veggies and egg to water (hard boil)
add bouillon if not using stock
add seasonings
use tongs to hold and boil chicken slices
after all cooked, add noodles
mix in miso paste right before serving
add soy and Sriracha to taste
