crockpot salsa chicken

ingredients

32 - 40 oz pace picante sauce. (salsa works, but thicker picante is better)

1 can corn

1 can black beans

1/2 can garbanzo beans

3 large chicken breasts

seasonings: salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne, whatever

directions

place chicken in bottom of crockpot

drain and rinse corn, black beans, garbanzo beans

dump those on top of the chicken

dump all the salsa on that

season however

cook on high 4 - 6 hours, or low 6-8

remove chicken, shred it up and toss it back in

stir it up. add more salsa if too thick. more seasoning if necessary
