Operation Loss this month, big bill still pending so no monthly txfr to reserve this month. Dues are mostly caught up.
Bids for new bathroom in the clubhouse are in. The board will debate the bids and select by next meeting.
New board member selection process starting. Have nominations in by Dec 20th. Diana, Rob, and Suzie are at the end of their terms.
Snow removal contract approved. Leaf removal continuing through November,
