a. Board approves November minutes

a. 2016 – increase of $5/month/unit from the current $175/month/unit to go to operations budget. This leaves $35/month/unit to go to Reserve account instead of the current $40/month/unit.

6. Jane will remind Roger Merrill regarding the $300.00 payment for his portion of the fence.
