Present: Jeff Brady, Jane Birch, Diana Mahony, and Lynn Jensen – property manager – Excused were: Robb Abegg (illness) and Tanner Runia (out of town)
Open meeting – no members in attendance
Oct. financial report
1. Transfers to Reserve Account don’t belong under Operations because not expenditures.
2. Provo City bill of great concern because of large current and predicted future increases in water costs.
Part of bill reflects watering during May for the first time in memory.
3. Only Reserves expenditure was for replacement of Carma Richens’ sump pump, and larger diameter pipe.

Nov. 22 – Nomination requests mailed
Dec. 22 – Nomination deadline
Jan. 3 – Ballots mailed
