Financial report. Expensive month as expected. We spent more than we brought in. Insurance payments, landscaping, gutter maintenance, water, cable were largest expenses.
July Aug may not have enough money but spreading out bills may help so no action is recommended.
New bids available for executive session.
Bid for low water landscaping is not done.
Light sensors need to be moved so the lights don't come on as early at night.
Security cameras are not yet set up. Rich to send instructions to board. Ken to work on setup.
Storm damage felled two trees, a sign, and scattered many branches. Rob cleaned up the branches and we still need to repair the sign and grind out the large tree stump, and replant the two trees.
The clubhouse carpet is due for cleaning, Rich to find someone. He will coordinate with Nick Shirts to avoid any events.
Clubhouse lights are out in several places, we have some replacements and TPM will replace.
Community garden proceeding at a slower pace but will be in by late June. We can still plant some crops. Megan and Ken to find sprinklers.
Pot hole. Ken to repair and get reimbursed
Fence: bid for repairs $1000. Provo Maintenance selected. NE corner is part of that and will be paid out of reserves.
Concrete work: crack seal 3 places by clubhouse and replace large west clubhouse slab, bridge 3 concrete work, 46 cracks, and 8 potential section replacements. $15,000 to do all. We set a budget for $5,129 to be prioritized by severity. Mendenhall selected as contractor
Vine removal not done yet so we will hire a different landscaper to complete.
Basement cleanup: we are selling off the sprinkler supplies and the rest will be disposed of.

Cable bill confusing. Owners don't have to pay for cable but can upgrade

Pump has been removed and was not replaced and there is no water building up. Tpm to check on it.
Garage light is off.
Tree removal done left a hole filled with wood chips. Please replace with soil. Clubhouse has soil that could be used.
