November 2015 meeting minutes approved
December 2015 financials presented. Approved by all present
Annual Meeting:
· Date: Feb 11, 2016.
· Board meeting: To be held early (time?) instead of after the annual meeting
· Annual Meeting Agenda:

Lynn:
· Rain gutters:
o Confirmed Mike’s gutters were done.
o Robb will communicate to Mike
o Original cleaning was completed on December 18th.
· Christmas Trees:
o Will Provo City pick up? Diana: yes Conclusion: Let’s wait and see.
· Snow Removal and Parking: Short term parking is creating obstacles for snow removal. We need to ask residents not to use short term parking when it snows.
· Garbage Can: One of the clubhouse garbage cans is missing. We usually have three. If you see one, let Lynn know.
· Garbage Cans/ Jeff: An owner has requested that garbage cans be stored out of sight.
· Email to Owners:
o Can we send an email to the owners that addresses the third, fourth, and fifth points?
o Jane will send it if Lynn will write it.
Robb:
· Pets:
o Reason for rule? Mess, nuisance.
o Exceptions allowed? Medical note from doctor.
o What about Pet stations? Contradicts the policy that states owners need to take their pets outside the common area to relieve themselves
