Who removes the trees that fall in winter? We can call TPM.
Snow removal follow-up. Driveways were done except for a few even though the snow removal there wasn't promised.
Financial report by TPM. All payments are in. Some prepayments were done. Annual insurance payments were done and rain gutter cleaning, and tree removal bils were paid.
Clubhouse remodel. Scheduled to start in the next week and should take 3 weeks to complete. May not be ready by annual meeting though.
Elections. We only had 3 nominees this year so elections are uneccesary. Diana Mahoney, Schipper Clausen, and Josh Byrne were nominated.
Maintenance. Front door light on Birds house has a short and we asked TPM to look into it.
Clubhouse kitchen light is too dim so we are looking at replacing bulbs and maybe a fixture. Tree health is a major concern and
Annual meeting. Megan to bring refreshments. We will try to not overbuy.
Access ramp was discussed possibly removing shrubs to put in. Not moving forward at this time.
