Present: Jeff Brady, Jane Birch, Robb Abegg, Diana Mahony, Thad Johnson , and Lynn Jensen – property manager
Open Meeting
· July minutes approved with correction of typo.
· July financials approval with correction of yearly reserves income and 2016 reserves budget matching.
· Lynn cut back the spruce branches blocking fire hydrant on north side.
· Positive response to having board members walk around more often and g to meet new move-ins
· Sidewalk grinding complete – cost $1,500
· Work on pipeline to fire pit to begin soon.
· Sump pumps capacity increase for Carma Richens’ unit – to be done.
· Robb will investigate improvements for club house locks.
Leah Astin and Rachel Liu in attendance to discuss proposed addition of playground.
· Wide support from community and board, depending on costs
· Suggestion of community work day to install.
· SCOA’s existing liability insurance would cover this.
· Leah will investigate costs and models
· Budget to be determined. Somewhere under $5,000 was proposed.
