Pool operations bill was in late and was just paid. Sprinkler repair was a surprise $1312.87 loss for November. Transfer to fund reserves will be completed for Dec now all the expected bills are in.
Upper bathroom selected. Plan for end of hall selected. Mendenhall selected for the bathroom bid.
Shadowbrook is giving away their metal chairs and filing cabinet to make room.
Snow removal. Roads were plowed but driveways and walkways we're not done. They will do all walkways, and can't commit to driveways due to man power. Timing is to come by 7am if 2 in or more falls in valley. Josh came and showed us where the removal will be done.
Elections. Deadline to submit to board is Dec 20. TPM can take those. Mailing of ballots will be done by first week in Jan they will be due back by end of January. Carma, & Ardith will be on the vote counting committee.
Fall cleanup. Questions about process were asked and desire to remove the leaf piles and branches more frequently was requested. Spring cleanup next year should get leaves removed. They are coming Mon to clean up several branches that fell during snow.
Board is considering sponsoring gutter covers.
Window replacement. Ord asked for approval of windows which was given. He asked if a trim color could be adopted as a standard. Tan windows are becoming the norm, but no standard was adopted by the board at this time.
