Present: Jeff Brady, Robb Abegg, Diana Mahony, and Lynn Jensen – property manager
Open Meeting – Schipper Clawson attended briefly to inquire about status of search for property manager – not personally interested in applying for the position.
· August minutes approved
· Financial report approved pending minor line-error corrections
· Concern about increased water costs. Discussion involved strategies for reducing expenses for east lawn, narrow strips along west fence, and hills at entryway.
· Playground to be installed on Friday the 16th . Options for sand-play: small famed box vs. larger area separated by partially-buried divider anchored and supported by rebar. Larger area would require budgeting annual rental of roto-tiller. Unanimous support for larger sand area.
· Agenda items for rest of year: October: reserve plan; November: 2017 budget; December: plan annual meeting.
