Reviewed site plans looking for sump pump drainage. Likely it drops into the south east former pond area.
Discussed crab apple tree on south west side. Pruning has been done, if apples continue to be a mess for surrounding units we will look at spraying to reduce the flowering.
Fence repair due to tree damage. Megan to discuss with Pheasant green to see who would be responsible for the removal. Bids on new fence areas to repair are in progress.
Clawsons to remove a patio tree, Knapp to skirt a tree too close to their unit.
Pool inspection scheduled for 20th. Lots of tile work was done,
Newsletter delivery is almost complete, Carma is hand delivering where possible.
Barrel planting coming up the 18th, Diana preparing material for the planting. Most of the wood barrels will be removed by Megan who will ask for help as needed. Ants are a problem in current barrels, treating the barrels annually for ants may help.
Clubhouse retaining wall to be finished in a few weeks.
Concrete repair bids almost complete, almost 30 sites identified.
Wheelock AC unit has been repaired and is no longer a problem.
Gutter cleaning has been going on this week to make up for some missed in fall. No new units were planned until fall.
