Buses-
Green minibus 43B from San Hui to Tai Lam Chung prison gets you right there. Other useful buses are
KMB bus 61M between Kwai Fong MTR and Yau Oi South bus terminus, Tuen Mun
KMB bus 53 between Tsuen Wan West MTR and Yuen Long East bus terminus
Citibus 962 between Causeway Bay and Lung Mun Oasis, Tuen Mun
Plus any number of buses that stop at Tuen Mun Road bus interchange

Start: Basketball court next to the river, Tai Lam Chung. Get to Tai Lam Chung Road and head northwards towards the prison / country park. After about 500m take the footbridge across the river and turn left to the basketball court (really a concreted expanse next to the river with a few benches)
It’s been at least 7 years since I left this area, so hopefully it will be fresh again…
