Description

Pick up at cruise ship’s pier (guide will have a welcome sign  “WAGNER TOUR”).

The Tours will take you through some of the icons of the 3 main areas in Barcelona. Gothic Section: Barcelona Cathedral, Jewish Section, Roman Ruins.  Old Port and waterfront: Ramblas, Colombus Memorial, Barceloneta district and beach, Olympic Village. All about Gaudi: Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and Casa Mila. Montjuich area: Plaza España, Nationale Palace, Olympic Ring and Montjuic CastleSome of the sites listed will be a guided drive through. The tour will include an interior guided tour of the Sagrada Familia.

At the end of the tour, before dropping you off back at the ship’s pier, we will drop off  some people at their hotel in Barcelona.

Description

Pick up in the morning from the port reaching Pisa after about 30-40 min (Driver will have a welcome sign  “WAGNER GROUP”). We will stop in Pisa near Miracle Square ranks as one of the world's loveliest squares where you can admire “La Torre Pendente” The leaning Tower Pisa's majestic Romanesque Cathedral and the unusual round Baptistry. You will have an opportunity to climb the Leaning Tower (takes 30 min). 

We will continue for a 1 hour drive to Florence. 

The tour of Florence starts with the wonderful Michelangelo Square where you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the city.

The tour continues to the historical downtown area for a guided walking tour of some or all of these sites:

• Your drive back to Livorno will take approximately 1.5 hours.

• Piazza del Duomo and Giotto’s Bell Tower

Description

This tour allows you to visit all of Rome main sites with a professional driver in comfortable minivans of 7 or 8 seats. Description

From your port (driver will have a welcome sign  “WAGNER GROUP”), we will enjoy a leisurely transfer to Taormina which will take us up the hillside. Together we will visit  the most panoramic square: "Belvedere Square" with its unique breathtaking view over the Messina coastline, all the Taormina bays, the Catania coastline and our volcano Etna in the background. We will then drive to the charming medieval village of Castelmola, just above Taormina. We will stroll several narrow picturesque streets with wonderful views of the sea and Etna. We can also visit the antique 13th-century Arab castle, situated on the highest and most panoramic place in the area.

We will then take you to the historical center of Taormina where you can have your own free time to explore the village, stroll the streets and narrow alleyways with picturesque corners and nice shops. We can suggest a good local place for something to eat.   • 45 minutes visit to the Blue Grotto – weather permitting, it will be possible to take take the small boats to visit inside the grotto. Tickets for the boats can be purchased on the spot;

  • 45 minutes visit to Mosta Church – no entrance ticket required to visit the Mosta Rotunda. The design of the present church is based on the Pantheon in Rome, and it is said to have the third largest unsupported dome in the world. The church narrowly avoided destruction during World War II, since on 9 April 1942 a German aerial bomb pierced the dome and fell into the church during mass but failed to explode. This event was interpreted by the Maltese as a miracle;

  • 30 minute visit to Ta Qali crafts village – no entrance ticket required. Here it will be possible to visit and buy maltese lace, maltese filigree, ceramics and glass. They can also watch live glass blowing

  • 2hr visit to Mdina, including the Mdina Cathedral (entrance tickets cost €10 per person).

• Pick up from the center of the port. You will have to take the shuttle bus from your ship's pier to the drop off location. You will be picked there; Guide will have a welcome sign  “WAGNER GROUP”)

•  We’ll take the minivans and drive you through the famed salt marshes, home to “The Pink People” flamingo population.

• Then we stop for a drink at the city beach Poetto. After this up to the hill Monte Urpinu. From here you'll have one of the most breathtaking views over the saltlakes, city-beach, castle and the Spanish part of the city "la vega". You’ll get to witness the cultural richness of the area before we arrive at Castello, a castle located at the peak of Cagliari.

• On the way to the castle we stop at the nice city-market to tell and show you typical thing we eat in Sardinia. This is also a chance for you to buy the local caviar, sheep or goat cheese, tuna specialities and typical sardinian knives. All food you can buy is vacuumized.

• After the market we bring you to the city center for freetime and a little shopping in Piazza Yenne, Via Manno e Via Garibaldi. You can browse through local and high fashion boutiques, shoe stores, jewelry stores, and even ice cream shops. In addition to this, you can visit the oldest coffee shop established in Cagliari and end your day with a relaxing cup of local coffee.

• To digest better we drive up to the castle where we’ll park the minivans near Belvedere, you will have an easy walk around Buon Cammino to visit the national museum of the city. A quick tour to tell you better what's happened in the last 28.000 Years. From Porta Cristina, we enter in a 13th century medieval town with a long history of Pisans, Piedmonts, Spanish influence. Notably, you’ll be able to visit the Tower of San Pancrazio and the Piazza d’Independence. The buildings and towers here alone is a prominent addition to your Sardinia tour.

• The Cagliari panorama at the top of Buon Cammino offers terrific views of the city itself, Gulf of Cagliari, and Gulf of Angels. On top of this, you’ll attain an appreciation for the natural wonders of South Sardinia as you witness the vast salt marshes, Sulcis Mountains, west lagoons, and the mesmerizing Mountains of the Seven Brothers.

• Once you’ve felt that you’ve experienced the panoramic view enough, we’ll drive back down the traditional cobblestone street towards Piazza Mafalda of Savoy, where the Cagliari Cathedral is located. Here, we’ll provide a short tour of the Crypt of the Martyrs, a unique experience you can only attain through our Cagliari excursion package.

• The intimate streets of Cagliari will take us further towards Bastione di Saint Remy, where you’ll once again have an amazing view, this time over Piazza Costituzione. As our city tour comes to an end, we’ll take you to the Torre dell’Elefante and Porta Leone. This will be our last stop before leaving Castello. Meanwhile we are going up to take the minivans, you can take an ice cream or whatever before we bring you back to the port.
