Tour Description

Enjoy your custom walking tour of Le Cinque Terre with one of our licensed professional local guides. He/she will take you to the main sites of interest of Le Cinque Terre illustrating their main features. You will create an itinerary with your guide on your way to explore some of the Cinque terre Villages:  Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.

Proposed Itinerary (may be reversed or rearranged as needed)

• Take the free shuttle bus that takes travelers from ship to the port exit. Once there, you will find your guide waiting for you (he/she will hold a sign with your name).

• TRANSPORTATIONT: your guide will meet you at the maritime station and together you will decide what to use for transportation. To reach the Cinque Terre villages from La Spezia port you have the option of using the train,  the ferry boat or a combination of the 2 services

  • • By Train: with your guide you will walk to the train station which is about 2 miles away, The path to the station is a flat and it should take about 15 minutes walking distance. At the station your guide will help you purchase the daily train card (€16 full fare, €10 reduced ). See here for additional train info.

• • By Ferry boat: your guide will walk with you to the nearby ferry pier where you will be able to purchase daily tickets (€30-€35 full fare, €16-€20 reduced). Click here to check the ferry boat timetable.

  • A combination of the Ferry and train service can be selected, all of this will be decided with your guide. Ferry departures depend on the weather conditions.

• Enjoy your guided walking tour through le Cinque Terre and some of these small villages: Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.

• Return to the ship after approximately 7 hours from pick up time.

NOTE: The Ferry option is subjected to weather conditions. In case of bad weather, there is the possibility that the ferries will be canceled.
