The temple, which is constructed solely of globigerina limestone, is standing high overlooking the islet of Filfla. Next, drive to the picturesque Blue Grotto where (weather permitting) you will take a boat to the Grotto to view the magnificent underwater flora. Proceed to the fishing village of Marsaxlokk where you will have free time to stroll around the market. Admire the typical traditional brightly painted colored fishing boats “luzzu”. Drive back to pier after your tour.

Your tour begins with a 90-minute drive from the pier in Civitavecchia to Rome. Once arrived in Rome, visit the impressive Colosseum. A brief free time to take photographs will follow your visit before you re-board your coach. Drive to the Vatican City. Here you’ll have some time on your own to have lunch or explore independently before you meet back your tour guide. Walk to the entrance of the Vatican Museums and admire the amazing treasures collected by the Popes throughout the centuries while walking along the rooms and galleries .You will have time to see a portion of the many beautiful pieces of work. Your tour continues with a visit to the Sistine Chapel, highlighted by Michelangelo's masterpieces and impressive frescos, including the "Last Judgment." After your tour of the Sistine Chapel, you will visit St. Peter's Basilica, the largest church in the world. Experience the jewel of the Renaissance with a guided walking tour rich in cultural and artistic significance. You will visit the Mount Etna: the highest active volcano in Europe. You will reach 2.000 meters where you will see the "Silvestri" craters and the latest new lava flows and craters from 2001/2003. On the way, you will have the chance to visit a local family farm where it will be possible to taste local Etna wine, a selection of different types of honey (orange, lemon, eucalyptus, strawberry...), almond pastries, olives and extra virgin olive oil.
After the volcano, your driver will take you to Taormina to see its highlights. This full-day tour perfectly pairs land and sea. You’ll visit 3 of the Amalfi coast’s star attractions – Amalfi, Positano and Ravello. You’ll trundle from a village to village, exploring every nook and cranny up the beauty of this world-famous coastline. This tour give you a local flavor of the destination while showcasing its unique authentic and responsible values.

Reach the cliff-side village of Positano (1 hour for an independent visit of the site) where you’ll not be able to take your eyes off the colourful houses tubling down into the sea.
Continue to Conca de Marini where you can admire the Emerald Grotto, a natural inlet characterized by shades of green that water takes on once hit by the sun's rays that filter into the rocky cavity. The stalactites and stalagmites almost crown what looks like a huge emerald which in turn incorporates the real treasure of the cave, the ceramic nativity scene just 4 meters deep from the surface of the water (€6,00 entrance tickets to be purchased on site).
The rest of the itinerary may vary depending on the vehicle size booked:
IF TRAVELING BY VAN (for a group of up to 8 people) travelers will be able to decide if they wish to descend to the town of Positano for a visit of this picturesque town (considered the jewel of the coast) OR continue driving to Amalfi (1 hour for an independent visit of the site) along the panoramic windy road and stop for a visit of the town and it’s very beautiful duomo.
IF TRAVELING BY MINIBUS (9 people or more) travelers will continue driving to Amalfi (1 hour for an independent visit of the site) along the panoramic winding road and stop for a visit of the town and it’s very beautiful duomo (the option of descending to visit Positano is not available as vehicles larger than an 8 seats van have limited access to the Positano downtown area).
You’ll head to Ravello (1 hour and 30 minutes for an independent visit of the site), the charming village of the coast, here you can take pictures in your free time and walk the narrow streets full of wonderful craft and ceramics shops.

We will stop in Pisa directly in Miracle Square ranks as one of the world's loveliest squares where you can admire “La Torre Pendente” The leaning Tower Pisa's majestic Romanesque Cathedral and the unusual round Baptistry. You will have an opportunity to climb the Leaning Tower (takes 30 min).
We will continue for a 1-hour drive to Florence.
while in Florence we will also add a stop at a restaurant that serves traditional Tuscan food. ("Il Vivandiere" for a taste of the real Tuscan flavors. You can have a look at their website here)
The tour of Florence starts with the wonderful Michelangelo Square where you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the city.
The tour continues to the historical downtown area through which the driver will take you providing an overview.

AIX EN PROVENCE: you will visit the fountains, the famous Cours Mirabeau, the private mansions, the places frequented by the painter Paul Cezanne. Walk on the Cours Mirabeau lined with 17th and 18th centuries private mansions, where large plane trees offer shade on hot summer days. The old town is packed with shops, architectural and religious sites, bustling squares and refreshing fountains. Take a stroll through one of the numerous markets taking place every day in the center of the city. Aix is also the birthplace of the painter Paul Cézanne. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Cézanne's studio that was built from his own plans and where time seems to stand still (entrance tickets for this optional stop are not included - €6 per person)
CASSIS: is a very ancient fishing port and the harbor is probably the most beautiful part of the village.You will have the possibility to board a 45-minute boat trip to discover 3 Calanques, steep-walled coves with tiny harbors or beaches at the end (tickets for this optional stop are not included - €16 per person approx).
MARSEILLE: photo stop at Notre-Dame de la Garde basilica. From this elevated area, you will enjoy a breathtaking view on the Phocaean city, the Frioul islands and If Castle. Drive along the Corniche Road, a holiday symbol and outward sign of wealth for merchants and the bourgeois from the 19th century who built magnificent houses with many splendid ostentatious features. You will then reach Saint-Victor abbey (11th century) that overlooks the entry to the Vieux-Port (Old Port).
WINE TOUR: in this wine tour around Aix-en-Provence you will be escorted to the beautiful wine regions of Provence through breathtaking landscapes.With your expert wine guide you will be visiting family-owned wineries, learn about the wine making process, grape varieties and the aging of wine. You will also taste different types of world renowned Provence wines. You will visit 1 or 2 wineries (depending on current conditions) and taste 5 different wines each winery. LUBERON VILLAGES: you will be taken on the Luberon road to see the Provence landscapes and visit the charming Provencal villages of Lourmarin, its castle and the villages around. AVIGNON: Discover the Pope city with your guide during a walking guided tour of the historic center (40mn).
