Despite the cold winter weather, there are still fungi to be found, albeit under a few inches of snow! This month's fungus of the month is Panellus serotinus - Olive Oysterling. Look out for this on glutinous, kidney shaped fungus on dead deciduous wood, usually large fallen trunks or branches.
