install.packages("remotes") ; require(remotes)
remotes::install_github("Antoine-Masse/KefiR",force=TRUE)
# Répondre à la question (ou CRAN (2) ou,mieux None (3)).
library("KefiR")
catego
Determining groups based on the results of a pairwise function
check_ech - Determine the differences in mean that I can detect for a known sample size
cor_ech
Anticipate the sample size that will be needed to detect a correlation (if there is one)
identify_ech
Identify the sample size needed to detect a difference between two samples
ind.median - Indexes around median.
int.pop
Confidence interval of a population
int.prop
Confidence interval of a proportion
int.prop.table
Confidence intervals on a matrix of a contingent
jb.norm.test et jb.normtest
Jarque-Bera test for normality
kurtosis.norm.test
Kurtosis test for normality
2) Fonctions dédiées au dataviz
biplt
make a biplot that allows you to see the relationship between two components of a PCA, the weight of the respective variables and to color by category pca, =c(1,2), ="blue", =0.25,xlab="cps",ylab="cps",cex=2,pch
corrigraph
igraph of correlated variables global or in relation to y
3) Fonctions dédiées à l'analyse des régressions
bootreg
Validating a bootstrap linear regression model
dsc
Obtain the best configuration to meet the objectives determined by one or more linear models.
dsc2
Check the robustness of a suggested dsc() prediction of X for objectives in Y by bootstrapping
dvar
Diversifies the variables of a dataframe by testing interactions, polynomials, logs... so that evolreg can draw a larger number of model combinations.
evolreg
Identify the best linear, logistic or mixed regression model using an evolutionary approach.
star - A function that transforms pvalues in stars ***
star.lm - Get stars for a linear model
4) Fonctions diverses
exp_dyn
Dynamic expansion on a vector (changing the mean without necessarily changing the range of values)
lms.to.table
Make a table to summary coefficients of a list of linear models
meanbp
Moving average (weighted) per iteration
mm.test
Automatic mean/median comparison
Mode
Calculation of the mode of a dataset
pairwise
Automation function for pairwise calculations.
pairwise.boot
Calculate an pairwise difference between samples by bootstrap without encountering a central-limit problem
parco
Parallel coordinates in a single line of code
pareto
Pareto chart
pde
Vary two parameters in a recipe and model the ideal recipe.
rr
Gage R&R
skewness.norm.test
Skewness test for normality
wilcoxon.cut.test
