Mindset Voices
Examples
Fixed: "I am not good at math."
Growth: "I am not good at math, yet."
Fixed: "Because of my family and my job I don't have enough time to complete all of my class assignments."
Growth: "By utilizing time management skills and prioritization I can make enough time for my class assignments while also tending to my family and my job."
Practice hearing both voices, and practice acting on the growth mindset.
