CS-22 Securing Broad-Based Support and Involvement in Your QEP: Voices from the Front Lines
Presenters: Dr. Patricia Payette, Executive Director, Ideas to Action and Associate Director, Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning; and Dr. Henry R. Cunningham, Director of Community Engagement, University of Louisville, Louisville, KY
This session will help you find practical and theoretical approaches to securing broad-based involvement with your QEP with those across your campus. This approach to the QEP requires that administrators, faculty, staff and students all play a role in the QEP planning and implementation. Participants will hear from faculty, students, and staff members who play a key role in implementing the QEP at University of Louisville. Using their first three years as a platform to share “lessons learned,” the presenters will help colleagues share concrete ideas to promote broad-based support for their QEP. Target audience: This session is designed for those who have responsibility for designing and leading the QEP.
