• Content expertise – evaluated by the supervisor; 25% of your pre‐determined percentage (50‐75%)

• Instructional Design Skills – evaluated 50% by SIRII and 50% by supervisor; 35% of your pre‐determined percentage (50‐75%)

• Instructional Delivery Skills – evaluated by SIRII; 30% of your pre‐determined percentage (50‐75%)

• Instructional Management – evaluated by the supervisor; 10% of your pre‐determined percentage.
