To invite someone to a meeting, like if you are in a breakout room and want help from a SA - click Participants and then put name in the invite box
To send code snippets in teams:
Make sure you are in the teams chat and not meeting chat
Click reply or start to type a new message
Select the "Format" button ("A" with a pen under it)
Select the "Code snippet" icon ("</>")
Make sure to change the language in the upper right to Python
Type your code and send!
