Monday, March 17: Look at some more triangle proofs. Try to create a comprehensive list of rules and tricks we can use for triangles.
HW: 5 proofs to make you proud (DUE.03.18.GEO)
Tuesday, March 18: Congruency Proofs on a coordinate grid (how can we show that two triangles are the same according to lengths)
HW: similar, congruent, or neither (DUE.03.19.GEO)
Wednesday, March 19: I WILL BE GONE. You will work on a worksheet that looks like the test.
Thursday, March 20: Your test. Things on the test include (but are not limited to):
names of angles formed with a transversal.
congruent, supplementary, and linear pair angles, and solving those types of problems
bisect and midpoint problems and solving those (2 step algebra problems)
interior angles of polygons
exterior angles of polygons
names of shapes.
reading a diagram with points, lines, and planes on it
triangle congruency rules, and determining congruency using them
a few proofs (not too many, and you will be granted a rule list)
Friday, March 21: logical rule making and overall good times (zendo).
