Wife, Ethel, of King Street, Pembroke Dock.Son of William and Elizabeth, Clifton Terrace.
Mr. & Mrs. Jenkins still had four other sons in the Navy, William, Harry, Ivor and Ernest. A son-in–law Mr. W. Bullock was killed some months back. Ernest was killed on 11 November 1917.

H.M.S.Paddle Minesweeper QUEEN OF THE NORTH
built in 1895 by Laird Brothers for the Blackpool Passenger Steamboat Company
and was requisitioned in March 1916 and sunk by a mine in the approaches to the Thames Estuary
The mine was laid by SMS UC 4 a minelaying submarine.
Only three of the crew survived.
